So today, one of my all time favorite shows in the world is going to end. (LOST) I am a bit of a drama queen, so all day, I keep publicly announcing: "T-minus 5 hours and counting until the LOST finale", and then fake sobbing. Bela comes over after one of these outbursts of mine, and hugs me, and then says "Mom, don't worry, at least you have one more season of Hannah Montana."

Tonight as I was relaying how I have been craving and eating way too many sundried tomatoes lately.. Bela said, "Mom, don't worry, you're just going through a growth spurt for grown ups!"

Yesterday Bela has 150 Math Addition and Subtraction problems for homework. She worked on them for an hour. After she was all finished, she was in her room probably decompressing (I know I would be). I noticed a sheet of paper on the table full of tick marks front and back.

I took it into her room, held it up.. and said "So, is this the magic behind the Math?".. just teasing her. And she replied, plain as day.. "Yeah, some of my friends use their minds, but this is easier!"
